Health Clinic And Nurse On Southern Farms

In addition to providing training for a Southern Farms care worker, SCMM provides for the services of a qualified nursing sister on Southern Farms, who:

• Supports the care workers currently employed.
• HIV testing and counselling
• Identification and Coordination of serious illness detection ( eg HIV/Aids, TB, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes etc), and subsequent testing, and where necessary arrange for appropriate support.
• Pregnancy Tests and family planning.
• HIV, TB and Pregnancy counselling for patients.
